Plenty of eyes will be on Steven Gerrard as he takes charge of Rangers for the first time in the SPFL away to Aberdeen. Celtic begin their quest for an eighth straight title when they host newcomers Livingston, while another promoted team St Mirren host Dundee. Elsewhere, Hearts are away to Hamilton, Hibernian host Motherwell and Kilmarnock entertain St Johnstone.
