EVERTON STADIUM NEARS NEXT BIG MILESTONE | Latest footage from the site of Evertons new home
Preparations continue ahead of the next big milestone moment at Everton Stadium.
The roof trusses are being prepared on the pitch space, ahead of the first installation in the coming fortnight, initially in the north stand, followed by the south.
These giant steel structures can be seen in our latest stadium update, which shows the constant changes taking place at Bramley-Moore Dock.
The second tier of concrete raker beams are now in place in the west stand, closest to the River Mersey, with the second-floor ceiling pours now expanding across the majority of the stand.
Beneath that, the forest of scaffolding that spanned the ground floor several weeks ago has now been removed, revealing the expanse of space within.
In the east stand opposite, the first, lower tier of raker beams now span the length of the east stand, where a tunnel space on the ground floor provides vehicular access to the bowl.
And with the concrete terracing units now arcing around the south west corner of the stadium, Everton Stadium is all set to take on its next transformation.
