INSIDE TRAINING | Getting set to face Manchester City at Wembley Stadium
The wait is almost over for the return of the Premier League but this weekend brings a compelling match-up with Manchester City in the Community Shield.
Inside Training takes us back to London Colney for one more session ahead of our trip to Wembley Stadium. Mikel Arteta and the coaching staff took our squad through resistance training in the gym before hitting the pitches for rondos, ball-work and small-sided games.
